Australian Health ICT Capability Recognised at HIMSS'06

In a joint Australian Trade Commission and CHIK Services initiative, several Australian e-Health companies presented today at the 2006 HIMSS International Business Trade Pavilion.
"Austrade and CHIK Services have successfully furthered Australia's role in global Health ICT today when the work of the e-Health Research Centre and others was recognised and promoted to the international Health ICT community at the inaugural HIMSS International Business Trade Pavilion," said Gary Morgan, CEO of the e-Health Research Centre.
"Tomorrow afternoon CHIK's Health-e-Directory 2006 print edition outlining the capabilities of Australian companies will be launched to an international audience at HIMSS'06. For an Australian Health ICT company with international aspirations, Austrade and CHIK have delivered again at the premier event in healthcare ICT."
